Verified ReviewerI submitted a cash out request and still have not been paid
When I opened my account with them my email address somehow ended up with a b at the end of the .com so it reads *****@Gmail. Comb instead of *****@Gmail.com.
I have sent multiple emails to to their customer support both through the app and through regular email and yet nothing has been done to resolve this issue.
I have heard that other people have had the same issue with their profile email address having an extra letter after the @***.com I think this is how they avoid actually making payouts and have you wasting your time doing surveys for them and never receiving anything for your time and effort I just want them to honor their agreement and pay me for the surveys I completed. They still owe me $5.25

The surveys all come back and say they are full
This is very annoying and frustrating. You got a list of surveys to take you click on them to take them then they come back and say theyre all full.
How can that be? And you cant even get anybody on the phone to talk to you about this and when you email you dont usually get an answer back either, very frustrated at this time please get this corrected so we can all enjoy the surveys that you have

I’ve never gotten contacted back, never got my credits still. I love this app and still use it to earn money by taking surveys, but I’m very upset that this hasn’t been solved. They advertise under their App Store reviews to reach out to that exact email I contacted as wellX but nothing, no response.
Im still able to buy small things for myself and my small business every once in a while thanks to it. However, I have had several offers not paid to me either due to them not tracking properly or just some unknown cause.
Ive reached out to the recommended customer service initially that is displayed when asking for help through the apps offer page. They run me around back to Eureka saying I must contact their customer service.
I contact their customer service email provided in the app and I'll go days to months - zero response. Its frustrating considering I'm labeled a priority member with how much I use this service, and I hate to leave a bad review, but this just feels unjust.
I really hope at least giving this review will help bring some attention to their lack of customer assistance.

Can’t Login
They insist on sending a code through email even though you have a username and password, I never receive the code no matter how many times I request it so Im locked out and can no longer earn money. They have no way of contacting them from their site, I had to search google and found this

I cashed out from the Eureka survey at 6:44 am to my PayPal account, but I didn't receive the money. On the Eureka survey app, it shows that I cashed out, but I didn't receive it and also didn't receive an email stating that I cashed out from Eureka.
I always receive an email whenever I cash out from Eureka. I've never had an issue before and I've been doing this for a while.

Surveys closing and not paying
I have been doing your surveys for over 2 months now all was good I would get surveys on a regular daily basis. For a couple weeks now all your surveys are closing on me it has taken me about a month to get 20.00$ i wrk on it very regularly but they are constantly closing out or not paying me after I complete the surveys my email is sitnlday22@***.com please let me know what the issue is. I am missing 2 gift cards
Ive used this app before and received rewards but the previous 2 times Ive cashed out and I received an email to say its being processed but I dont actually get paid. I want to know where my effort and reward has gone because I have been paid before.
